 Dear Gary,  

    We wish to thank you for all you did for us at the passing of our daughter, Margaret. your professionalism, courtesy and personal touches made the process so much easier to bear. As I mentioned to you during our visit I have been involved in many funerals, with many funeral homes and many funeral directors. You stand head and shoulders above them all. Your taking the extra time to deliver Margaret's remains to us and to drop off paperwork at the house was greatly appreciated. Words cannot express our thanks adequately, but thank you anyway.

I truly hope you know just how impressed we all were by your handling of a very delicate situation. Your preparation of Margaret for the viewing was impeccable and I have never seen better. May God Bless You and Your Family.

 I am the daughter of Thomas F. and I write this letter on behalf of his entire family. It is too often we are quick to complain, but seldom do we take time to pay compliments.  Losing a loved one is never easy and having to tend to funeral arrangements is extremely emotionally draining. I must let you know how very pleased we were with all the arrangements. There was never one moment we felt pressured or being taken advantage of. We were made to feel comfortable from the time we first sat down with Gary Panoch until the last car left my parent's home after returning from the cemetery.  Gary was extremely helpful and considerate the entire time. He offered some suggestions when appropriate and presented all aspects of the situation. Again, there was no pressure, just expertise and ease in presenting details.  We were always greeted sincerely and warmly at the door and our needs were attended to. Whomever was on staff at the time appeared genuinely concerned as to our comfort and needs, as well as those of other family members and friends. Your facility generates a very warm, cozy atmosphere.  I also would like to mention how pleased we all were with the way Daddy looked. His illness had taken a toll on him physically, but his restoration was remarkable. One could only look at him and honestly believe he was comfortable; at peace and at rest.  I cannot imagine being in the profession you, your family and staff have chosen, but it was obvious to us that you are truly experts in every way, but more then being professional, you have proven to be sympathetic and caring as well.  Thank you for each and every effort you extended to make this difficult time as comfortable as possible.
